Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss pricing, stock availability, delivery times and payment terms with you. You can pay quickly and securely through Paypal. We'll confirm your order via email through pro forma invoice first. This will detail your order, including shipping and handling*. When you confirm you are happy to proceed we'll simply email a Paypal payment request or Paypal invoice. You don't need a Paypal account to pay a Paypal invoice, only a debit or credit card - although paying with a Paypal account is even quicker and easier and allows more options of payment. If your selected items are in stock, we will do our best to dispatch the goods on a same day basis once we receive cleared funds (before 1pm).
* Please check with us that we are able to ship to your country. We will only use major carriers offering a signed, trackable service with insurance. We will try to find the most economic solution. If you reside outside the UK, you will be responsible for any customs, handling and tax in the destination country.
Warranty & Returns Policy
Our products all come with a strictly limited 12 month warranty to cover any manufacturing defects or component defects which become apparent under reasonable conditions of use. This does not cover accidental damage, faults through tampering, wear and tear or abuse. We will always first swap out faulty components and perform minor repairs before considering a complete replacement. The turnaround timeframe is 4-6 weeks for non-stock items but we will do our best to get your bass back to you as soon as possible!
We want you to love your bass and to feel satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason you are not entirely satisfied or you don't feel the bass is right for you then send it back to us within 7 days and we will gladly do our best to rectify the problem. A simple adjustment to the setup is often all it takes to change your feeling about an instrument but we will nonetheless offer an exchange or refund your money. You just need to pay the postage in each direction where applicable and the bass must be returned in the condition you received it with all packaging and accessories.
After the 7 day returns period has elapsed, or the condition of the returned bass is not 'as new', we might still accept the bass as a trade in on another instrument or we might be able to sell it on your behalf.
Please note that for all custom orders, a 20 percent deposit is required. The deposit is non refundable for cancellations within the quoted delivery period. If, however, you return the bass within 7 days of delivery in 'as new' condition then then the full amount will be refunded or credited.
We're working on our new eBay store and aim to have it up and running later this year for immediate sales and auctions. Meanwhile, if you are interested in one of our instruments and can afford to wait a few weeks, we can build one for you. This will also give you a reasonable opportunity to choose your preferred colour scheme for no extra charge, and if you're going for the custom option, the choices are even more flexible in terms of wood combinations, hardware and electronics. Don't be shy to ask. We do love a challenge!
RMI is currently the only official dealer of our products as we are new to the market, so we sell direct. We do of course hope to supply to a dealer base in the future so that our end customers can also enjoy the benefits of browsing the shop floor and choosing the bass that feels best suited to them. We do very much believe in the old fashioned 'high street' way of shopping as the ultimate buying experience given the added advantage of on-site sales support. As such, we aim to price our products reasonably and competitively so that value is always protected and represented fairly no matter how you choose to buy from us.
